She has been trained by, coached for and consulted to some of the top personal development companies in the world. Helen was a Director, Facilitator, and Coach for the Hoffman Institute and is one of the 75 personal/professional coaches trained in the proven tools and technologies developed by Tony Robbins in over 25 years of coaching 3 Presidents, top athletes and CEO's. In her capacity as a Results Coach for the Anthony Robbins Company, Helen coached CEO’s and executives internationally. She is also a Facilitator/Coach for Womensquest Outdoor Adventure Company, where she assists and empowers women to create a life they LOVE to wake up to.

Helen is a certified Professional Co-active Coach CPCC, an NLP Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and an International Trainer of the Coaches Training Program with The NLP Institute of California a training organization that helps professional coaches develop extraordinary skills by combing NLP with business and personal coaching. She has been awarded the highly regarded Master Certified Coach Credential, through the International Coach Federation and is passionate about raising the bar on quality in the profession of coaching internationally. Helen trains, coaches and mentors coaches from around the world, assisting them in building on their strengths and creating successful coaching businesses.

Passionate about both coaching and training, Helen brings a high level of energy, humor and playfulness to both the coaching relationship and the training environment. This combined with her extensive knowledge in the personal development field, NLP and the many different modalities of coaching she has studied over the years, creates a fun, easy and inspiring learning environment. Helen currently trains in the US, Asia and Central America. In her private practice she coaches clients both nationally and internationally to make powerful change in their lives, professions and businesses.

Originally from Ireland, Helen has travelled extensively, living and working in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the South Pacific She has an adventuresome spirit, loves to explore and has an amazing ability to live her dreams and achieve extraordinary results in her own life. Helen’s varied life experience enables her to have an open-minded approach that supports the goal of assisting others to reach their utmost potential. Helen is currently residing in the beautiful Sierra Foothills of Northern California.
